Worst experience…. Don’t have enough staff to help…… Only one person is there to help and line up was long…..they don’t have value of time
If I could give negative stars I would. I was lied to, told that my money would be protected against a past due balance i had with them. The next day comes and that money is taken out of the newly created chequing account. I've worked in the financial industry for years and have never witnessed greater weaponized incompetence, gross negligence, and business malpractice in my life and I work in the car industry. Himani was wonderful to work with when applying for POA. She followed through on every commitment she made A great experience.
I went this morning to this location had already booked an in person appointment with Parul Gupta and had an excellent experience with her. I had some fraudulent activities going on and she helped with me that. Other than that, she helped with the overdraft protection thing and taught me the whole procedure and helped me save charges where I can. She was genuinely interested in helping me which I can see easily. I really appreciate her efforts towards my problem and I really recommend her at this branch.
