Wish you had an all hours banking machine. That is accessible out side the mall. That way people who are up all hours of the night can do stuff instead of waiting till your open or going far to do banking needs.
Poor service they don’t care about customers
I have had a great experience with Ekta with answering my questions. I was given great investment advice and she made sure I understood it before setting up anything.
My small business was a victim of fraudulent cheques and between the TD fraud department and TD branches i wasted lot of time looking for the solution.Unfortunately no branch ever completed the basic fraud case but once i visited this branch i got a good professional team who took care of the whole situation. Special thanks to Mr.Jay and the branch manager for helping me. Strongly recommend this branch if you are looking for a good team.
I had a very disappointing experience at your branch recently. I was speaking with Ryan, who was extremely polite, respectful, and professional. In the middle of our conversation, Himani, who I was told is the manager, interrupted us and spoke in a very rude and unprofessional tone.
