If I could give 0 stars, I would. I strongly recommend avoiding appointments with the advisor named Dele at this branch. My experience was incredibly disappointing due to both the level of customer service provided and the lack of follow-through afterward. Throughout the appointment, he came across as dismissive, condescending, and judgmental. Very disappointing customer service. The teller tried to avoid helping and simply asked me to call customer service. If I had to call customer service anyway, then what was the point of going to the branch?
