I have really bad experience whenever I visit this particular branch at 50 street and Ellerslie. There is a lady name Ranjeet there I don’t know if she is manager or assistant manager but she don’t have any basic etiquette to wish anybody. She always looking so weird to everybody without asking anyone if they need any help. I have my locker there in this bank and she always looking weird that I feel myself shame visiting this branch. Opted for TD as my first credit card. Unfortunately after signing a bunch of documents and waiting three weeks for my credit card’s arrival, I had to contact the bank and inquire about it’s arrival time, as I was told it would take 7-10 business days. They requested I come in again to sign another document. Would have been nice if someone from the bank had called or emailed me to tell me that, rather than having me wait forever just to contact them myself. if I could give it zero stars, I would, worst TD branch I’ve ever been to. I came in to replace a lost debit card, came into receive a new debit card, and thought all was good. After a week of this new debit card not working, I returned to the same branch. Since I have a joint bank account, the funds that I recently deposited into my account deposited into my partner’s account. There was a mistake on TD‘s end, they linked my physical card to my partners personal account. When I expressed this, the representative tried to cla... read more
