I had some issues trying to transfer money into an RSP, and Nic was helpful and persistent in dealing with Manulife. I appreciated his follow-up and great communication.
Accidentally ripped my cheque and the kind agent helped me cash it with no issue. I am not sure her name but she was young/had light hair and very sweet.
I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to Darnell Curtin at this Branch. I was in the process of purchasing a car when the dealership asked me to wire transfer the full payment. Darnell recommended using a bank draft instead, explaining that it was more cost-effective, time-efficient, and much safer.
