Kristen helped me create a client profile, and was either outright racist or ignorant towards me. Assumed I was an international student just because I was Chinese and assumed I didn't have a SIN number. I am a Canadian citizen and this had huge repercussions down the line because they didn't set up my account properly. As well, they entered my address and time of move wrong, despite it being clearly present on my address. Terrible service that caused me hours of struggles. Don't recommend banking with that lady.
Shout out to Michael Bertone, who was extremely helpful and efficient with adding my name to my father’s accounts (by my father’s request I was added as a joint account holder). Michael provides excellent customer service. In general, I was very pleased with how quickly we were taken care of. I just went to the bank and the lady with scarf there and I asked here two questions about my credit card, she did not anything about it. If you do not know anything why you get paid and work at the bank? She just told me call to TD service online! So just close the branch . Even another guy there named Raman does not know anything, one time he said I know everything but just after a moment he missed up the process and asked his supervisor for help even his supervisor could not correct his mistake.
