I banked at this branch for years with amazing personal service where you are treated with respect. Ten years ago I moved to Brantford, and that is when I realized how great the Dundas branch is. TD Canada Trust should read visit the Dundas branch, and then read the reviews of the Fairview Drive Brantford branch. The TD Bank in Dundas is small, but it's a gem.

I went to withdraw cash for my work. The teller was super rude and said they can’t do it because it’s too much. I said fine I’ll go to Fennell branch. She says no it’s ok I’ll try to get you the money. She then tells me she talked to the branch manager Stephanie and she said they can’t help. The teller says we can do $50’s. I said that won’t work for us. She said and I’m quoting her word for word “beggars can’t be choosers”. I said excuse me?! She was horrible and there was no customer service there. I had a problem with my online banking and could not figure it out. I called the online TD and they said I would have to go into my bank. What a great experience.! The young man who assisted me was amazingly understanding and helped me fix my account on line. He was professional, intelligent, kind and very thorough. I would recommend my bank to anyone and everyone. Small town bank with a big heart and understanding for senior citizens.
