Worst branch ever to deal with. They doesn't care about customers even though customers been with them for the past 30 years .
My worst banking experience was with this branch and its manager The cold and irresponsible behavior was not at all in line with TD Bank standards The lack of proper responsiveness and transparent solutions resulted in wasted time and dissatisfaction I would have expected more professional management and behavior from a bank like TD
Extremely poor customer service. My wife went to this TD branch because there was an unrecognized withdrawal from her account. Instead of helping her or guiding her through the fraud process, the staff told her to call the number on the card and offered no further assistance. A bank should not treat possible fraud so casually. This lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable, and we left feeling frustrated and unsupported. I would not recommend this branch based on our experience.
I just wanted to let management know their tellers are welcoming and helpful everyime I visited. Thank you for positive experiences.
I met with Mr Murphy, a Mortgage Specialist. He was professional. polite and respectful.In addition to answering all my mortgage questions,I spoke to him about a situation that occurred at the TD Waterdown Branch. He passed the matter along to the Assistant Branch Manager and before the end of the day I spoke to her, she fully resolved the issue.I sincerely thank the Assistant Branch Manager.
