My mom has a TD Waterhouse account and she attempted to sell some of her shares over the phone and they couldn't verify her identity. They told her to go to TD bank and that they would be able to help her. She went down immediately after the TD Waterhouse representative suggested she do so. Worst branch ever to deal with. They doesn't care about customers even though customers been with them for the past 30 years .
My worst banking experience was with this branch and its manager The cold and irresponsible behavior was not at all in line with TD Bank standards The lack of proper responsiveness and transparent solutions resulted in wasted time and dissatisfaction I would have expected more professional management and behavior from a bank like TD
