I’ve experienced repeated deposit amount errors at this branch. I brought in $4,000 but the teller only entered $400 until I noticed it. Thankfully it was corrected, but this has happened more than once. Please be careful and always verify your receipts
Went in with an overdraft issue, the guy at the counter (Sean) looked into if for me, and helped out! I was pretty happy when I left. The good guys don't always get the shout outs, and they should!
I had to contact the employees of this bank branch several times with rather unusual problems. And they were always polite and solved my problems very quickly.
This location should be under watch of the RCMP. Sketchy things have happened in the last 4 months of going to this location. 1 Including a guy standing at the door smoking, and blocks the door saying you can only go to the Drive-thru atm to find a White dodge ram just sitting there not doing anything. I eventually go to a different bank to do my finances, and after a little adventure to a different bank (20 minutes later) the white truck is STILL sitting in the same spot and hasnt even moved.
