I had to contact the employees of this bank branch several times with rather unusual problems. And they were always polite and solved my problems very quickly.
This location should be under watch of the RCMP. Sketchy things have happened in the last 4 months of going to this location. 1 Including a guy standing at the door smoking, and blocks the door saying you can only go to the Drive-thru atm to find a White dodge ram just sitting there not doing anything. I eventually go to a different bank to do my finances, and after a little adventure to a different bank (20 minutes later) the white truck is STILL sitting in the same spot and hasnt even moved. Went there over a year ago to have my phone number changed for everything , double check to make sure everything was good, they informed me yes the old number is deleted. Tried to sign in on my account again and it was still my old number called and they can’t do anything and I have to drive there to do everything back again. And I live out of town. They didn’t do there job. Very frustrating to not be able to access my banking. And the manager was very rude.
Refused to cash government cheque.
Drive thru and ATM almost never let you deposit or withdraw cash. on multiple occasions I wasted lots of time waiting in line to find out the machines couldn't take cash. Worst bank in Moncton.
