The branch manager here is horrible. TD referred me to him as this branch is close to my home. He refused to provide any information regarding line of credit. I have business account with TD and i needed to ask if can apply for line of credit. He said he can't do anything and i am not eligible. when i asked him the reason or process or application he just refused. felt like he wasn't interested and got irritated. It was a rude behaviour
The branch manager is absolutely horrible. We have been clients for 45 years. We have business and personal accounts. We brought in a large inheritance cheque drawn on a TD account and the manager said they had to put a hold on it, and were we actual clients of this branch. The teller brought the cheque into his office where he could have looked us up from the name on the cheque and looked at where the cheque was drawn from but he is so bad he didn’t and instead we took our cheque to the Scotia bank with no hold on it.
