How is the manager of this branch still there? She is literally the worst! I drive to any other branch I can in any city to avoid her. She is rude and speaks to people like they are dirt. Yet TD keeps her. She is abusive to staff and the list is long. Perplexing.
I am extremely frustrated with the inconsistent service at this branch. Despite the online hours indicating the branch is open, it is frequently closed when I arrive. Furthermore, I have experienced a complete lack of accountability regarding customer support. The phone representatives direct me to the branch, while the branch staff direct me back to the phone lines. This 'runaround' suggests a refusal to take responsibility, and as a result, I have decided to close my accounts with TD.
This branch is by far the best in the area. The staff there are exceptional especially Vanie, one of the nicest and most genuine individuals I have encountered. Absolutely a fantastic experience, they care about their customers and want to help them out. Thank you for making my day a little bit better.
