Venie the bank teller was super professional, friendly and helpful!
By far the worst managed branch I have used. All other branches are open till 8pm and open weekends, Which is the reason I opened an account with td. This branch closes at 6 and locks there ATM!!! does not open on a Saturday. Part time branch at best. I Will be closing my accounts and taking my business banking elsewhere. I do not recommend banking with this branch.
Late review. In November, I was there to get some foreign currency. I was serviced by Brooklyn Y. that day. What a delightful individual to interact with. I had some other bank related issues, which I had put off for a long time, were magically resolved by her while I was there for one reason. It seems as though she read my thoughts. Outstanding customer service, very courteous, and well-versed in her field. If I could, I would give it ten stars.
The manager of this bank the TD in Ladner BC was extremely condescending towards me. About a problem that was not my fault she could not understand the simple fact that my payments are supposed to come out on my pension date and that is what I arranged with the teller. The two companies involved withdrew the money on the 28 not on the 29 as I had requested as that's the latest date I get my CPP and OAS.
