The absolute worst branch. They make decisions on high network clients on either they like their face or not. The staff acts like you’re trying to fraud your own account. The biggest problem with TD is you’ll never get the same service based on the branch you go.
David at this branch is a top tier getlntleman. His professionalism goes above and beyond. 10/10 I will be back
The employee's are very good but the MANAGER OF THE BANK IS VERY RUDE AND ILL-MANNERED. On 04th july 2025 I forgot the phone near the teller machine and realized after 20min so I returned back and the phone was gone. I saw one employee and explained to her the problem. She kindly replied that I had to wait until the bank opened. The manager saw her with me and came there. He said to her " YOU ARE IN DANGER'' she said "no she just lost the phone.
