The employee's are very good but the MANAGER OF THE BANK IS VERY RUDE AND ILL-MANNERED. On 04th july 2025 I forgot the phone near the teller machine and realized after 20min so I returned back and the phone was gone. I saw one employee and explained to her the problem. Best branch in MTL. Customer service is on point and can’t be matched by any of the big 5 banks and trust me when I say I been to them all. Even if there’s a lineup, they’re quick to serve you and the wait time is very minimal. Keep up the good work!
Not a reliable bank. They tell you one thing, but they do the opposite.. they said at the branch they will not freeze the check, but they froze it. Liars.
