I needed to verity my identity at the branch. The associates needed to call Visa to check something before finalizing the process so had to wait ~10 minutes. Apparently the line was fairly busy at the moment. The associates were polite. One of them called Eli was particularly friendly. Thank you!
Terrible. I show up at 5:25 to open a checking account and they tell me that I’m too late and I would need to come back earlier because they close at 6. I asked “it takes more than 30 minutes to sign a couple of papers and show ID?” Most people work a 9-5 on weekdays! Just close the bank if you can’t deliver on your intended services. Just remembered why I’m not with TD in the first place.
Small, Friendly, but a little busy when I was there.. not my branch. But where very helpful.
