worste location ever. I went to do some banking there were 15 clients and only 2 slow teller working. please if you need clients you have to value our time. I cannot wait in the line for 5 hours.
I would like to highlight a great customer service experience that took place February 28 2025 with Nicole. I had a issue accessing e-documents from a different department (not related to this branch) in regards to my newly set up business account. I called this branch for help as it is now the home branch for my business account. Nicole picked up the phone and was extremely helpful with sorting out the discrepancy and having the situation resolved within minutes. Thank you Nicole for your great service today. Terrible branch with terrible customer service. Credit card was delivered for almost a week prior to being informed even though I called daily. Was told that I needed two pieces of ID to collect (health card not acceptable) when told one over the phone. Numerous employees walking around doing nothing while a line of fifteen people forms. Avoid this branch and avoid this bank.
Slowest line I’ve been in a bank…useless service
