This was one of the worst banking experiences I’ve had. Ironically, I switched all of my banking to RBC over 10 years ago after a previous negative experience with TD, and today’s visit reminded me why. I came in for a mortgage renewal expecting knowledgeable guidance, but instead I left feeling frustrated and with very little confidence in the service I received. Historically, I haven’t had the best experiences with TD Bank, but I decided to give them another chance. I’m glad I did. This branch has been exceptional in my recent interactions. After opening an account, I was assigned to this location by the representative, and the service has been professional, helpful, and overall very positive. Very happy with my experience here. I think Nadia definitely left a positive impression with us during the last interaction
Very unsatisfactory service. Staff is not knowledgeable, like downtown branches.
