Horrible experience!!!! Do not recommend
I’ve never had such a disappointing experience at a bank than at this branch. I was on time for my appointment with an adviser and while waiting in a long line to let a bank teller know that I’m here for an appointment, I noticed three coworkers were chatting in a room so I got one’s attention. My adviser acknowledged that I’ve arrived and I had to wait a few more minutes. rude and unprofessional.
Worst banking experience of my life with BMO and this branch. I called to sell mutual funds after waiting forever to talk to someone they said I have to go to the branch. I go to the branch they said you have to come back at 2 we are busy now. I go back again at 2 and their system is down. All this time wasted cause i want to sell my mutual funds with BMO. Very disappointed. I will close all my accounts from BMO and move everything to TD
