My wife and I had an absolute terrible experience at this branch. We had a mortgage renewal come up, and the assistant branch manager (MN) completely dropped the ball on the entire situation in terms of customer service, being helpful, respectful and resourceful - and trying to rectify an already frustrating situation for both my wife and I. Never enough tellers and have to wait a long time.
They hired people without any bank knowledge.I went to deposit my business cheque.they want to put on hold.From last 10 years cheque wasn’t go on hold.what a waste.I’m not going to this branch again.They need to educate the staff accordingly to their profession.
As parents get older and need more help; I realize how modern the world has become. My 88 year old father struggles with online so I help him as much as I can. We needed to print a statement with his name on it. This is the reason for the missing star. I tried to generate a statement that had his name on it but his seniors plan did not allow it.
