Bad experience, staff not willing to help because they're closing but I was already inside. They gave me lame excuse to come back or visit another branch. I simply wanted to close my chequiing account. I will be thinking now to move all my RRSP investments with them to another bank.
Alyssa was so helpful while assisting me with my contactless payment issue. i absolutely loved her customer service she was patient, friendly, and made my experience so much better. she was even wearing my favourite colour shirt and matching nail paint!!!
