I was a customer at this specific TD branch for over 14 years and a TD Waterhouse customer for more than 20 years. After decades of dealing with TD, I finally decided I had enough and moved my banking and investments elsewhere. Every time I went into this branch to deposit a cheque or bank draft, I was treated as though I had never banked there before. Fourteen years at the same branch seemed to mean absolutely nothing.
