The worst branch I ever had
Not good service and management talk no good
Not sure if rude by default or just incompetent or both. You walk into a branch after an appointment made online, you provide your IDs and Card. First question/Statement is: You live in city X. Why are you at this branch?? I suppose we should go back to totalitarianism where you are not allowed to free move without giving reasons and being approved by the state. An extremely efficient TD Branch! I was experiencing some issues with my account that no one could figure out how to solve over the phone. A big thank you to Matteo & David for helping me solve the problem in just 5 minutes. They went above and beyond to help me get set up. Keep up the great work!
Had a bad experience today. Tried depositing a TD cheque that i have been depositing more than 10 years! The only reason i come in branch is so it doesnt get held. Now the last 2 deposits are held and today i get the run around that t needs to be certified! Now i see why these reviews are so lousy!! Wow i guess only millianaires get good servce!! Good job Td!!!
