Had a bad experience today. Tried depositing a TD cheque that i have been depositing more than 10 years! The only reason i come in branch is so it doesnt get held. Now the last 2 deposits are held and today i get the run around that t needs to be certified! Now i see why these reviews are so lousy!! Wow i guess only millianaires get good servce!! Good job Td!!!
Have to say I really appreciate the support I got from the very nice ladies at the teller and their manager I had an a problem with my debit card being breached within minutes I was help right way got a new card password and was helped thru my scary experience with my card being breached first time at this td branch and I’m not from York region much appreciation goes to the staff
This was by far the worst TD branch I’ve ever visited. I rarely leave one-star reviews, but this experience was truly terrible. I went to this location to open a bank account for my relative. Despite spending 30 minutes providing all the necessary documents, they couldn’t open the account because the home address was in Caledon, about 30-35 minutes away.
