I've been banking at this TD branch for over ten years, and for most of that time the staff have been consistently helpful and professional — it's the main reason I've stayed loyal to this location. However, my last two visits were disappointing. A young man was training a new employee, which I have no issue with — training is a normal part of running a branch.
