Poor customer service Staffs are not knowledgeable enough about their own products and services and they are not helpful like other branches
Absolutely terrible experience at this TD branch. I went in for a simple replacement credit card request, and the employee handling my case acted completely unprofessional and careless the entire time. Instead of properly focusing on customer service, he seemed more interested in getting distracted and wasting time with the lady standing behind me. Just visited the branch for the first time today. The staff was extremely friendly even at the end of the work day - was guided by Akash who addressed all my questions and concerns with great clarity and professionalism!!
