The manager at this location assisted me with transferring money for a down payment on a mortgage, and he was invaluable and accommodating. I left very impressed and thankful for such great service. Highly recommend this branch!!
Pretty good overall – staff were friendly and helpful, and the branch is clean and organized. Sometimes the wait can be a bit longer than expected, especially during busy hours, but it’s not a big deal. Still, a reliable place for banking.
I went into this branch to close two accounts (which I was not using at all). And to keep the other accounts that I needed. Ryan Celli was very personable, extremely efficient, and completed everything in a matter of minutes. He also explained everything to me and answered any questions. I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this TD Bank branch. The branch manager seems to make up rules as they go, one day deposits are accepted, and the next day they're not, with no clear explanation or consistency. It’s impossible to rely on them for basic banking services. On top of that, the service is painfully slow. Whether there’s one person in line or five, you can expect to wait far longer than reasonable. It’s clear this location is poorly managed and lacks customer focus. I wouldn’t recommend bank.
