Worst branch ever. Super slow staff, no attention to details, making up own rules to hold your funds. Disgusting service multiple times.
Avoid this branch. Poorly trained staff. Dealing with Parth Patel was a extremely difficult. Needed to escalate to management to complete a simple task
The entrance to the TD Bank is on the south side of the building. Google maps brought me to the north side but it's actually on the south side next to the BMO.
For investments come back in a week. What a horrible service
The staff at this branch does not seem to know what they are doing. They are happy to give you wrong information, rather than making efforts to find out the correct information or just say ‘I don’t know’. What’s more frustrating is that the managers join in and try to prove the customer wrong. On more 3 occasions, I have been misinformed, leading to multiple visits. Would not recommend using this branch.
