I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this TD Bank branch. The branch manager seems to make up rules as they go, one day deposits are accepted, and the next day they're not, with no clear explanation or consistency. It’s impossible to rely on them for basic banking services. On top of that, the service is painfully slow. Whether there’s one person in line or five, you can expect to wait far longer than reasonable. It’s clear this location is poorly managed and lacks customer focus. I wouldn’t recommend bank.

I am really disappointed with the service I received at this branch. I received a pre-approved line of credit offer and went to the bank to accept it. However, due to a mistake made by the branch manager, not only was my original offer not processed, but a new application was submitted without my permission. I later declined that unauthorized application. I am now concerned about whether this incident has negatively affected my credit score. I had a wonderful experience at this TD branch. The environment is clean, quiet, and very comfortable, making it a pleasant place to handle financial matters. What impressed me the most was the efficiency with which everything was processed — I barely had to wait, and all the staff were organized and professional. I usually have a good experience of TD but this is a mismanaged branch and you don't feel as though they respect your time. Queue times are very long and half the time the tellers and the managers are doing something else on the computer instead of dealing with customers. I'm sure what they're doing is important but you can tell that customer experience is low on the priority list for the branch. Worst customer service ever. I went to this branch to do bank draft. Tellers made mistakes to do a paper work, and I had to re-do three times. I did not want to blame any tellers, and I went to a manger who signed a paper. But he blamed on me not checking paper correctly and asked me to go back to line to get proper service.
