Went to get money on a Sunday to find out that the atm in Parksville is only open during business hours so what's the point of the atm?? This is ridiculous
Help on phone is ridiculous. Recorded voice from one department to another takes about 5 minutes and you can still not get an answer to your question. Most frustrating. Not interested in dealing with this bank anymore.
Lady at the till is a see you next Tuesday very judgemental on appearance id say ...I had a 735$ check to cash , I dont have a account but it clearly says online they can cash a check for 10$ she refused to do so and apparently the information online
Would be nice to use the atms after hours, kinda like they are ment to be used for ?
