Efficient and friendly
Honestly don't know why I still have a TD account here The ATM is never open out of hours of operation, so why have them? Every other bank you can use their ATM why not you ?
Long story short, I needed some help at the branch, and the entire team came together to help me out. In particular, Anne-Lise went above and beyond. She was incredibly professional, calm, and efficient throughout the whole process, and her willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. Anne-Lise deserves recognition for her efforts and the exceptional service she provided. Thank you to Anne-Lise and the entire team for going the extra mile and taking such great care of me!
Atm is locked after business hours despite thwir google page saying open til 10pm. Fundamentally useless branch location. Im now leaning towards better banking alternatives.
ATM only open during business hours. Very frustrating as a customer that can’t access their money outside of business hours in Parksville.
