Andrew was such a great help when I was trying to wire money overseas. He sat patiently with me going over the steps. A valuable asset to TD bank.
Crystal was so great at helping me. Had a lil issue and when I showed up, she helped me and even offered me an incentive for the inconvenience. She’s the best and very helpful. So friendly
This branch of TD has the most friendliest tellers I have ever experienced. The other branches are good but this one goes over and above. They are very thorough in making sure that all my needs have been met before walking out the door. I will always recommend TD to anyone looking for a solid financial institution.
Dealing with the manager Sean McGuire is leaving me dumbfound. No wonder most of the staff is incompetent. I guess it gets worse the higher up you go, can’t wait to close all our accounts. We are so frustrated.
Sorry but I have to write a review because the ATMs in this bank are not open outside business hours like every other bank has this available to you... They say that there's an ATM across the street in the gas station that they have put there... but It's been out of order for months on end.. Very poor customer experience ... Why can't you have ATMs available to customers to withdraw and make cash deposits...Especially for people who work during the day..
