An associate from TD at this location , named Madumitha,has made my process so much easier, fun , always happy and professional.. it's not the bank you branch at its the people who work there that make your day, she makes this branch one of my favourifes. Do we even need brick and mortar banks at this day and age? Slow service, everything requires manager’s approval and investment appointments that never start on time and go longer than they really should. Plenty of online banking options out there and investment opportunities with way better returns and lower fees.
Had to go into a branch today. Painful experience. Frontline staff here need to find efficiencies with how they service clients. Too much chatting and wasting time with inefficient processes. The manager took a 15 minute phone call while two front end staff waited to get things from him. If you’re on the phone with someone, put them on hold. The people who take the time and effort to come in should get priority. Now I know why people have crossed the street to go to Kawartha Credit Union. Well that and the monthly fees…
The Cobourg TD bank provides excellent customer service, and they are very helpful. I’ve never had a problem at this location. Thank you to Lisa and all the staff. All the staff are exceptional.
They lock the vestibule, so i had to go to a different banks vestibule and pay fees to get cash out!
