Absolute garbage bank. Terrible customer service. Treated like criminals, and the staff turnover is terrible. Perhaps replacing the bank manager would be a good start. And Gabriella, your boilerplate response isn't needed, as your recommendations have already been implemented. The town needs a better bank. I can't understand how they made record profits the last few years with this way of doing "business". 2/10 ☆

What is the point of having an ATM if access is restricted outside of normal banking hours?!! This needs to be fixed or I take my business somewhere else.
