They need to properly train and educate the one lady who handles the estate in the branch. I've closed all my accounts with this branch and would never recommend this bank to anyone ever. I had to deal with this uneducated and very poorly trained lady who clearly had no clue what was needed for paperwork. She would say what was needed for paperwork, and once it was provided, she would say that they needed something different over and over.
