The staff is awesome. Always friendly and helpful. No major line ups. Fully staffed.

this might be the most useless branch i’ve ever been to. currently switching banks & that one lady is rude af
I visited the branch to deposit a cheque but didn’t have my card with me. Initially, I was informed that deposits without a card were not possible. However, I explained that they could verify my identity using my phone number or address. The teller, Harpreet then requested my ID to ensure the cheque didn’t go to the wrong account, but I pointed out that verifying my phone number/ address and PIN would already confirm the account's ownership.
