Wanted to leave 5 stars 2nd visit to this location and staff are very nice and helpful. Today I witnessed Amanda treat and unhoused friend with such kindness and respect which made my heart happy.
The girl answering the phone at 6pm Jan 2nd refused to let me speak to the branch manager and was condescending and borderline rude. I’m not the I want to speak to the manager type it’s more of an issue of it is something that could only be approved with the level of the branch manager.
Poor Customer service taking my business matters elsewhere
