I opened an account to facilitate transfer of funds from sale of my home to make a new purchase in Alberta. We Waited 2 weeks for an in person meeting with Jibin Mathew. My partner and I received full assurances that the notary's trust check would not be held. Upon arrival we find there is a hold that extends past our closing date even though the deposit is drawn on TD bank. Opened up a few new accounts for the family and “Sim” was truly amazing explaining every detail and taking the time to accommodate everyone’s needs. She makes visiting this branch worth the drive.
