Can get busy like banks do but when it's frs too busy they should have a few more than 2 tellers helping out
This Branch of TD has the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a customer for well over 10 years, but with the poor service, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Sent 2 emails with financial details that they had requested. I also called and left a message for the “personal banker” to get back to me. It’s been a week now and still no response whatsoever. Very disappointed and frustrated with their customer service. I’m taking my banking elsewhere from now on. I do not recommend this branch of TD.
