Ned was very polite & he served me with a smile. He is a fast teller.
Had an appointment with Rodrigo. He didn’t know the first thing about his job. Didn’t do what we asked of him and he should not be in the position of a financial advisor. Due to his inabilities to do his job correctly we now have to make another appointment because not even head office can correct what we need corrected only a financial advisor can do that. We will be taking our business elsewhere after years of being loyal.
