been with them 15 years, absolutely terrible experience. the workers language skills are so lacking they fail to update your profile and then your profile gets frozen by the automatic ai for online purchases! how fun, now we get to sit on the phone for 6 hours because the in person bank locations cant help unfreeze accounts frozen from their mistakes. Every time I go to this bank, the drive-thru ATM is always closed and the doors are locked, making it impossible to deposit money into my account. I expected a lot more, especially because of the high fees. It's completely ridiculous.
