I have done a lot of business with this bank. Mortgage, investments, etc, over the last 28 years. Staff are friendly and helpful. 5/5 for staff. This review is focused on the institution, not the staff at the branch. I am very disappointed that in order to serve us better, they will be closing the Chetwynd branch and we can drive to Dawson for all of our banking needs. Can't believe how long it takes to get through to someone it took over a hour for me to talk to someone just for them to say come to the branch and I don't recommend td at all to anyone as they have done nothing to help move forward just keep you down you will sit on hold longer than what the call would take
Not helpful at all go anywhere else :)
I stopped in at this branch already tired from a long road trip. My situation was a bit tricky and the ladies were very helpful and worked with me to provide solutions and solve the problem. I really appreciated the positive attitude and great services.
