I had scheduled a meeting to find out about my contribution capacity. They couldn't tell me any details about my transaction history within the past year, so I closed my mutual funds account and will be using my other bank for the majority of my investments. Edit after reply: I am not going to call a 1-800 nunber and rehash this. I am only going to use my other bank for all my investments going forward.
