Walked over here for 930 am and there’s a sign on the door that they aren’t open till 10 am. That’s not respectful of their customers time. I came back at 10 am and 1002 am the branch manager thru a closed door says another 15 minutes…and they are closed tomorrow. I will have to come back a third time I can’t stand there all day. Zero stars.
I think this is likely the best TD location!! The staff and manager went out of their way to assist and work to solve a banking concern. Thank you for caring!
Today, I walked into the bank and this woman behind the counter, not the teller, was yelling at this little old lady and her elderly husband. I heard the old lady say ,she had been to bank 3 times to fix problems and her cards were not working. The vast majority of staff here is very helpful and they actually will go out of their way to assist you with what you need. It's one if the better banking experiences I have had. Much appreciated .
Teller does not review screen in its entirety prior to accusing the customer of incorrect information. Very unprofessional.
