This TD branch is a wonderful place to do your banking. I have never had a bad experience with them. I’ve interacted with pretty much all the tellers at this point and the manager, and they have all been very helpful and friendly. I especially want to highlight one teller who is just amazing to interact with. Her name is Marian. She is super sweet, bubbly, and knowledgeable. I came to the branch to solve a problem and was directed to call customer service but stay at the bank in case they needed to help me later. Marianne took the time to help me after seeing I was on hold (on the phone) for about 40 minutes sitting in the lobby. She saw that I could use an extra bit of help and called me to the desk, proceeding to take charge of the problem and sort it out for me. Walked over here for 930 am and there’s a sign on the door that they aren’t open till 10 am. That’s not respectful of their customers time. I came back at 10 am and 1002 am the branch manager thru a closed door says another 15 minutes…and they are closed tomorrow. I will have to come back a third time I can’t stand there all day. Zero stars.
I think this is likely the best TD location!! The staff and manager went out of their way to assist and work to solve a banking concern. Thank you for caring!
Today, I walked into the bank and this woman behind the counter, not the teller, was yelling at this little old lady and her elderly husband. I heard the old lady say ,she had been to bank 3 times to fix problems and her cards were not working.
