I've had two experiences at this branch and both made me leave there thinking I should call the cops. Recently I had my account t hacked and even tho I had multiple pieces of I.D. and proof of address and more. They wouldn't let me get a new card. The lady said I needed 3 pieces of I.d. like honey you must be cooked this morning.. no one carries that.. this is not the first time I've had ridiculous situations that made feel like they were trying to trigger me knowing I'm not mentally well. I’ve used this branch for many years and appreciate the ‘small town’ atmosphere with the big city’ support system. I would recommend this branch to anyone.
Worst customer service EVER. I’ll never be banking with this branch again. I’ll be leaving a complaint with TD based on the last conversation I had with the individual “helping me”.
