This has been my branch for over 40 years. I appreciate the staff and the service and how they helped my daughter when she lost her bank card and didn't have enough ID to get a new one they were really considerate and helpful to her.
I've had two experiences at this branch and both made me leave there thinking I should call the cops. Recently I had my account t hacked and even tho I had multiple pieces of I.D. and proof of address and more. They wouldn't let me get a new card. The lady said I needed 3 pieces of I.d. like honey you must be cooked this morning.. no one carries that.. this is not the first time I've had ridiculous situations that made feel like they were trying to trigger me knowing I'm not mentally well.
