This branch has the slowest service because of lack of staff. The branch manager is never available and does not respond to client feedback. The clerks are friendly but unfortunately are over worked and under supported. Much more convenient service at other major bank institutes.

Dealing with this branch is always a pain. I've gotten to the point I'll wait to do my TD banking in Port Hawkesbury vrs dealing with this only one in the CBRM. Long wait times to see a cashier/banker. I typically wait 20+ mins. 1 out of four visits will have an ATM working. The new one outside is unreliable and they lock the one inside after hours. Ask for cash greater than 2000 will have them asking you to sign a formal and wait 24-72 hours to receive.

went tomthe branch to have a web site problem fixed as td phone service told me to. I told them the problem and they gave me an answer which didnt work then said thats all they could do and she had to make a phone call. I have been a customer since the guarantee trust days and was disappointed in the way I was dismissed.

Another awful experience trying to work with TD bank. I was told over the phone that if I wanted to create a standard bank account I would be able to walk in and do so and was assured that I would not need to book an appointment. Sure enough, once I arrived (after waiting for more than an hour), I was turned down due to “short staff”. This branch is slow, misleading and most definitely not trusting.
