NEWCOMERS BEWARE!! The advisor Abhi tried to scam us by saying that a regular banking account is needed and it’ll take a year before we can switch it over to a student banking account. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. Nowhere in the fine print is this stated and it’s very obvious that he was trying to take advantage on a newcomers lack of knowledge on Canadian banking. This is extremely unethical and I hope appropriate action will be taken.
Severely Understaffed. The people who work here are great, patient, kind and work hard but having 2 tellers is not enough.
The Advisor was rude. I was expecting she would listen to my needs but she kept interrupting me.
