As a longtime customer, this is the worst TD branch ever, especially the manager Park, acting and speaking nonsense. Don’t come to this branch.
Really bad customer service, came with a standard business check deposit, manager was really hard to deal with, ended up leaving the building and had to go to a different branch. This type of people makes me consider moving to a different financial institution.
Average of 5 people always waiting in line. Stope wasting our time and hire another clerk.
Staff are rude and ask way to many questions that shouldn’t be any of their concern
I dont know why there are so many bad reviews, but my experience in the bank is excellent. I just wanted to thank Jack for being so helpful. He was so welcoming and explained everything in a simple way. His suggestions on how to save and invest were perfect for us. If you need help, go see Jack!
