Service is so bad
Service is consistently slow every time I visit. I rarely find that my transaction is completed quickly, and it often feels like there are not enough staff available to serve customers efficiently. There are usually only two cashiers working when I visit, and I feel that some staff may need additional training to improve the speed and quality of service. Most impolite TD cashier I’ve ever run into. A young male chewing gum while talking to customer. I went to pick up my golden bullion and he chewed the gum or whatever that the whole 6-7 minutes. Customer service has been quite exception from my previous experiences but this branch is weird.
