Service is good and the staff are nice and knowledgeable about their tasks.. I was seated to meet my advisor in the office. But I noticed that a 50 + lady was waiting on the tellers queue her leg was covered with a plaster , it looks like broken fot at least 15 minutes, nobody interfered, or give her priority, she was looking uncomfortable in trying to stand and balance herself , even the tellers didn't take care . We went to the branch today to request a new card for my mother due to her getting locked. We got “serviced” by a white lady with brown hair. Instead of trying to solve our issue, she just gave us a number to call, upon trying to call twice waiting for 30 minutes each time to no response, we got frustrated. Why would you work in a branch to just give me a phone number when I can find it myself. We literally come on foot on a stormy day to seek solution. We pay monthly for these services! What is this customer service?!
I was frustrated with the system but I met Taufeeq today at the branch. He was very helpful and with guidance I was able to resolve my issue.
I was having an issue with a deposit that wouldn't go through at the ATM, so I went to the counter. Taufeeq helped me out and was super patient while we figured it out. He’s definitely an asset to this branch, very friendly and helpful!
