I really like TD - their mobile app is awesome. The 5 day wait they place on bank draft deposits sucks but I understand the need for prudence.
I went to the bank today, and the manager was treating one of the tellers so bad. I felt so sad for this young man. The manager is so arrogant, has no manners and obviously doesn’t know how to treat their employees well.
The location of the branch is excellent. The teller was extremely friendly and tried to be helpful, but the overall the experience was extremely frustrating. I was in the branch on Monday at approx 4pm. There were approximately 4 people ahead of me in line though I waited for nearly 30 minutes. One teller didn’t see a single customer during that 30 minutes - maybe he was working on something else. Hours were not updated for holidays such as remembrance day. Many people showed up but the sign posted said closed. Please update google hours accordingly.
