Be cautious of this bank. They conducted a hard inquiry on my credit report without my permission. They won't acknowledge their error regarding the unauthorized hard inquiry and have wasted so much of my time. In the end, they didn’t even apologize and just instructed me to close the bank account
Monday and only one cashier this morning, worst TD location in the city. Avoid it
Bad customer service at this branch big line up waited for hours but so far they don’t even care ask them about they said we’re short on staff, even take off from their chair when there is bunch of people waiting to be served, even the manager Henry shows attitude to when told him about the wait and customer service… Not good my friend
Easily the worst branch in calgary. They're understaffed and dont seem to care much.
