Incompetence at it finest. The most unprofessional Branch I have ever been to. Nothing here ever gets resolved. No issues with TD as a bank, but this Branch is a joke.
Terrible customer service. Not friendly at all. Not helpful. If we suggest different way to do thing because we were able to get the help we need with other location or different staff (previous time was with a manager) in the location, this person (tall thin, short hair Asian lady) treats you like you are a terrible customer. She got so offensive when my husband wanted her to ask her manager to get the help he needs. And she didn’t want to help him anymore. Really?! Is that how you do your job? Way too over sensitive.
