Slowest branch, must close it, what branch manager is doing?
I highly recommend trying out a different branch or even bank, the employees were sending me in constant loops and decided after booking and cancelling a million times to tell me they cannot help me. I went to a different branch and my problem was solved immediately without being redirected to 10 different departments/people. Overall this branch lacks professionalism and understanding. Do not waste your time here
I had marianne helping me and she was amazing so patient and kind truly an amazing worker
No commitment to customers. I Made an appointment with Nastalan but but no one at reception, no one say anything till 15 min passed. I just left and email them and she called me and this late is just normal for TD. I understand someone can be late but at least they need to say 'sorry I am late for bit" If it's normal I should avoid TD.
