There's signs everywhere saying "we bank with respect" but I felt we were called (indirectly) stupid for coming in without an appointment. Backstory: We just came from a different location to add two names to a safety deposit and since I don't t usually bank with them they had to add my profile so I can be added. When that was done we were told we don't need to make an appointment for the other location of our other box so we came to this location only to be told we should make an appointment especially when they are busy...... read more
One teller for 10 people? What a joke
This branch was excellent service back in 2017. Every time I came here, I stuck in the line minimum 20 minutes. No fast service and moreover no one care about customers.
