Horrible tellers on the desk topped with worse supervisors. Couldn’t help with banking issues , very cold and just there for a pay check. I have escalated to head office but a 2.3 rating of this location says a lot
Waited 45 minutes to get to a teller. There were 4 people in front of me.
Setup an appointment with Nastaran Bazzazi on 7-Feb to have a power attoney to my daughter's trading account. She's clueless and let us waited more than 1 hour until the branch closing. After 10 days, I called TDI for update and support told me Nastaran made some many mistakes that the subnitted forms were useless that we have to go to another branch to redo it. I'll never use Nastaran @Panatella brach again for her inexperience in dealing with Finance with no updates at all.
Raymond was very helpful! The branch was slammed but he and the manager Kathy still took the time to offer me personalized service with my account questions and upgrading my credit card. Very helpful!
Over all I m glad with services at this branch, they need to have a separate line up for Business even though TD is not business friendly over all. M with TD for over 3 decades they need to consider that and give value to it.
