Very unprofessional and disappointing experience, especially with TD advisor Linjun Li Writing on behalf of my parents: They opened an account to deposit money withdrew from RESP for my younger brother with special needs through TD advisor Linjun Li. would give a 0 star review if google allowed be but I am extremely frustrated with the workers as they did nothing to help me with a transfer that should have taken 5 buisness days at most but it ended up taking over a week. They were completely useless in the matter, did not do a single thing to help or inform me of the current situation. Unfortunately, the service I've received from this branch and my financial advisor leaves something to be desired. When you are pouring thousands of dollars into an account with them, everything is fine. The second you need to withdraw money, magically responses take 3-5 business days and processing takes much longer. Very transparent. My advisor (Anna) even bluntly told me to go through the app or the telephone banking for future requests because she is too busy with other clients. Pathetic customer service. No regard for customers time. Simple loan applications take weeks to process and customer care execs just leave customers hanging with no real time updates and it becomes the customers responsibility to follow up
