This bank has the kindest staff when opened account the lady was awesome and went in today because I had to get new bank card cause of locked card the man Alex that helped me was amazing and so patient we had to wait on phone for long time and nobody has patience like that anymore! I just wanna say thank you we’ll definitely tell everyone in family and my friends if looking for new bank to choose you guys! Have a wonderful day

Slowest branch ever. There were only 5 people ahead of me, and it took them 2 hours to assist me. I literally just needed to exchange cash for loonies, and then they took another 30 minutes just to give me the coins. This was by far the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. I left absolutely pissed off.
