Very disappointed with the service. Waited forever just to deposit some money. Just have more people in the front if there are people are waiting for a long time.
My experience at this branch was a mixed bag, it was the middle of the day during the week and there were only 2 tellers on for a while so we all waited in line for about 15 minutes which isn't the end of the world. I finally get to be next, and the teller helping me seemed like she could hardly be bothered to help me, I explained thoroughly my situation and that I was explicitly told to come to the branch to take care of the matter and was never told I needed to make an appointment which this teller was telling me I had to ... read more
Today I had an appointment booked to open a new bank account. I was 5 minutes early with my husband and we waited in the waiting area. We saw two workers walk in and walk right past us about 2 minutes after our appointment time. One went to the teller, the other to an office. We waited another 5 plus minutes and so my husband asked the lady in her office about our appointment with Teresa. She went and let Teresa know at the teller. She kept helping customers in line.
