Absolutely disgusting service. I have been a TD account holder for 16 years and not once have I dealt with such rude people. From the tellers to the management, garbage service, have never had a good experience here.
Went into tonight, I didnt think the bank was open this late, I usually hate coming into banks due to inexperience tellers. Nice lady name Amon, help me out quickly. She explained my question very well. Amon was very helpful with me tonight with my bank situations.
Loreen lal has been providing such a bad service at this bank. Its disgusting coming to this location and get my transactions done. Their branch manager Katie asks about how they can help their customers at big TV screens in the bank but when we try to escalate the issue they have no answers or solutions to that questions and say we can’t help. Will switch day- to - day banking to other bank who help customers.
Its better not be a TD customer. Whenever I have visited this branch it has been like half to one hour wait line. They can’t even have more tellers, it was just one teller and about more than 20 customers. This bank doesn’t even appreciate their customer as I have experienced. Their manager Loreen lal has been worst in customer dealing. If things go the same would probably close accounts pretty soon.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this TD branch. The Branch Manager, Tommy, straight up lied to me on the phone — without even thinking that I can easily verify the information with another TD branch. I’ve been a TD customer for over 10 years and I have both business and personal accounts. This level of dishonesty and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.
