Cesar Leon helped me and my husband for banking needs. He is accurate and did understood us well. We were helped well at our appointment.
Dont come here if you want to take cash out. Apparently banks dont have money. Absolutely humiliated when i got told to go to the atm to take out cash and then the atm couldnt even print receipts let alone money. Had to go back to the teller and after being told i would only get small bills they came back with 50s and hundreds. Either they lie to you about not having cash or theyre too damn lazy to get it for you. Extremely glad i pulled my savings out last time and put it in another bank
This place is a gong show, poor management, bunch of rookies with low level customer service experience and very negative attitude towards clients
