They care more about politics than they do about banking. Every sign they have in the branch talks about politics not banking. Customer service is extremely slow. Go bank with people that care about your money not shoving politics down your throat.
Terrible service. I got a new employee and my account was not created properly, now I have to return to the branch. The new employee tried to get help from another coworker and he was rude to her, so no wonder she made mistakes in setting me up
Way too slow
Went to try and deposit cash at this ATM at 9 pm on 2 separate occasions. Kept saying “sorry, your transaction is unable to be processed at this time.” This place is
I always seem to be waiting for everything. Waiting in line or waiting for appointments and then another appointment. Seems to be not very efficient. Not sure if you need more staff or what. I can tell you I am not impressed.
