I banked with TD for 30 years, then pre-approved for a mortgage in 2021, then when the time came I was told “Sorry, we can’t help you”. I used to have an account that had no fees as long as I kept a minimum balance of $1000. In the 2000s that went up to $3000. In 2019 I was told my account was going to be discontinued and I would have to start an account with monthly fees. I haven’t had a company work so hard at trying to lose me as a customer. Good riddance TD. I don’t know why anyone would choose to do business with you.
Always have a line up, anytime I need to go in. Today it was past the wood line up direction thing. They need more tellers ! I had to leave since we hadn’t moved in 10 mins and the line up was terrible. They don’t open at 8am anymore, that was helpful. Staff are nice
Service is too slow. Only two of five stands have people working and remaining 3 are empty. There is a long waiting line. 1:20pm Monday April 6
They care more about politics than they do about banking. Every sign they have in the branch talks about politics not banking. Customer service is extremely slow. Go bank with people that care about your money not shoving politics down your throat.
Terrible service. I got a new employee and my account was not created properly, now I have to return to the branch. The new employee tried to get help from another coworker and he was rude to her, so no wonder she made mistakes in setting me up
