Always have a line up, anytime I need to go in. They don’t open at 8am anymore, that was helpful. Staff are nice

TD Bank? More like "Toronto Dictatorship" Bank. I thought I’d simplify my life by consolidating all my banking with them—big mistake. We had a rather lengthy visit to this branch to fix some issues because of their online policy. The lady was helpful and listened to us. Within about 20-30 minutes, I observed around and they were very busy that afternoon and the other staff was quite patient with other clients. Just recently we switched from another major bank to TD, overall their customer service is better, especially if you called from the TD app.
Staff are not helpful and will blindly recommend you take to actions that do not benefit you. They are only looking out for their bottom lines and do not care about the customer. Triple check everything before signing anything from this branch and bank.
