Dont come here if you want to take cash out. Apparently banks dont have money. Absolutely humiliated when i got told to go to the atm to take out cash and then the atm couldnt even print receipts let alone money. Had to go back to the teller and after being told i would only get small bills they came back with 50s and hundreds. Either they lie to you about not having cash or theyre too damn lazy to get it for you. Extremely glad i pulled my savings out last time and put it in another bank
This place is a gong show, poor management, bunch of rookies with low level customer service experience and very negative attitude towards clients
I talked to Gurucharan Mehta for a LOC application. I had an exceptional experience with him.He was very organized,professional and keen to help me out in the best way.He made sure that I was informed of each and every step ,which I really appreciated.I absolutely loved his work ethic I would definitely recommend him and this branch.Excellent work!!!!

For coming in, for simply just some information about how to reach the right people, I was given the most excellent insights from two wonderful customer service Representatives at the front desk here at this TD Bank Branch location. Upon stepping into the doors, this building itself is quite a historic building and provides quite a fundamentally beautiful atmosphere with the amount of light that comes through the glass.
