This for the bank not the branch-what an absolute joke with the atm deposit update-now it won't let you enter the amount of the check if the atm can't read it.It shows you a picture of the check with-cannot be accepted written-across it and you have to take it back.And of course mobile deposit for my business account has never worked.Good luck being a teller there now-where are we at here with TD AI?...the 70's-Who got paid to make this garbage.......
The women are just plain rude rolling their eyes at customers. Not a friendly place I'd drive farther just to deal with nice customer service workers

MY Wife earlier in the Morning met with a Personal Investment Advisor named Colin Liu, just to sign a Document. Cannot adequately begin to describe how abrupt and Obnoxious this Individual is. Should not be working in the Banking Industry serving Customers, maybe accounting would be a better place for this Guy. Needless to say from the Reviews that i have read the Branch Manager has set the standard for the Culture at this Bank. Maybe a seminar in Social awareness and why he has a job serving Customers would be appropriate. ... read more
