Very poor service. The bank machine inside the bank is most of the time out of order or closed. If you have to withdraw money then you have to walk all the way to the side wall of the bank and withdraw from the drive-thru bank machine.
Just your average bank. Nothing special.
Train your staff in this branch location better. Except for that one Chinese guy in the front, everyone else is very difficult to work with. No common sense or ability to take responsibility for their mistake, difficult to communicate with and absolutely no effort to provide a positive experience for your client. I've been banking with TD for 30 years across many branches, over several provinces and I've never come so close to closing all my accounts and move - what an exasperating experience!
