Staff and branch's manager which I spoke to have actually no idea what they are doing. They insisted that I have to bring my driver's license and Passport to recieve my replacement card, while Crowfoot location confirmed my identity and asked only for my driver's license. Wasted 1 hour of my time just to get my card replacement!

The worst branch. The new manager doesn’t know what he is doing. The whole experience of banking is disappointing now. I will be closing my 25 year old accounts from TD.
