SCAMMERS. I joined up for the new client $400 bonus promotion. I completed all requirements, but never got the money. Those offers are total scams. Will be closing my account.
Since the management changed in this branch I never had a happy visit. The new manager is not there to help you only there just to do the job and get done with it. you can see the attitude changed in everyone working there compare to a year ago. They are not motivated to fix any problem or help, just doing their shift.
We visited this branch at 5:30pm which opens until 6pm and met with Hao Xu, a Personal Banking Associate. As we began asking general questions about our accounts, he seemed disinterested in answering them. Despite there being no queue behind us, he appeared to be ignoring us.
