I agree with many of the one star reviews recently associated with new management, in particular Mark. This gentleman has no compassion for individuals or small businesses. He is placing every business deposit on hold for a minimum of five business days. Even Certified Cheques and Bank Drafts! As a small business we rely on our cash flow and having major corporation cheques (not personal cheques) and bank drafts deposited and subsequently placed on hold for a minimum of a week is absolutely mind numbing. I came into your branch today to get you to fax a form to your claims department (as per their advice) your male teller was rude & unwilling to help. Eventually he spoke to someone behind the wall and decided to assist me but made sure to tell me it wouldn't be guaranteed. Yes, I know how faxes work. He tried it and it went through, so i asked for a copy of the fax transmission and he said "no, that's an internal document" ... A Fax confirmation is an internal document... go ask someone, low and behold the magic person behin... read more
