I came into your branch today to get you to fax a form to your claims department (as per their advice) your male teller was rude & unwilling to help. Eventually he spoke to someone behind the wall and decided to assist me but made sure to tell me it wouldn't be guaranteed. Yes, I know how faxes work. He tried it and it went through, so i asked for a copy of the fax transmission and he said "no, that's an internal document" ... A Fax confirmation is an internal document... go ask someone, low and behold the magic person behin... read more

Ridiculous. 3 out of 4 times i try to deposit cash the atm does not work. Drive through and inside the building. Takes the bills. Counts them and verifies. Spits them back out. All locations. I've wasted so much time going there for nothing
