Extremely disappointed with our experience with Diana Lukashenko. She was late, unprofessional, rushed through our appointment, and gave us misleading information. Without our consent, she submitted an application with incorrect terms and conditions. We’ve been TD clients for over 10 years, but this experience has caused us to move all of our accounts. Would not recommend.
Nice branch and friendly service.
Not satisfied with the service. Ive been going to this bank because it is close to me but i'd rather go somewhere far to receive good service. Racially profiling you, as far as I can read from other comments here I surely agree! Would immediately say "NO" to transactions I wanna make and when helped by other colleague, it was deemed successful. Will giggle and say "if you dont believe me I can ask my colleague" but when helped by the colleague, it went through and the transaction was made. I don't know if his position was a ... read more
