Whats up with banks these days ? Every single day u go into one there are 10 people in line and two tellers . With the billions of profits they make u would they could hire a few more people.
Horrible wait times consistently at this branch, especially at peak times, have had rude staff as well many times here. Badly under staffed at the counter but seem to be plenty of other staff buzzing around. Management you have a 2.1 Google Review at time of my writing you should be reviewing your customer service commitment and make some positive changes...
We went there for making couple of drafts and some cash. Raymond Ho was there and he really helped us lot. Very nice guy and so cooperative person. When he got stuck in one transaction, he called Mandeep Plaha to help us then so they helped us to clear transactions. Thank you so much Mandeep and Raymond and of course TD..
