The customer service it’s too slow
Completely incompetent employees. It’s actually mind boggling how so many people can work here yet not know anything about their job.
Spoke to the tellers who told me I needed an appointment. Showed up to my appointment and the employee had no clue how to help me with what I needed. He spoke to several of his colleagues and was still unable to help. Absolutely ridiculous. Wasted over an hour of my time. You’d expect bank employees to know how to open a bank account. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.
Great service by Roop Nandha today, will be happy If she assists me again next time … 10/10..
This bank never works! ATM always out of service, can never access this bank. Everytime I go to try and deposit or access this bank it’s always closed or out of service. Should honestly just close this useless branch down.
