Thought I give TD another chance, booked a meeting and got a guy called Rodney. No handshake and no friendly gesture. Pulled me in his room. Frustrated asked me what I need. The entire process was dissing TD bank and how TD don't like to give us money. Extremely unprofessional...I just want to walk out the door. Surprise to see him around - but consistent to see other reviews complained about him at this branch. 0 stars if I could
This branch and the Signal Hill branch are the worst for quality customer care for our financial needs that I've ever consistently experienced. You are as guilty as a fraud artist when you walk in and they put you through the grinder and you leave frustrated and disappointed. The line of people was long and something as simple as an old aged security check being cashed for a gentleman took over 10 minutes and he left not looking impressed. The teller without my permission authorized a credit limit increase. Now that I require one for travel plans it is unable to be authorized. Do not do business with this branch, what an awful experience.
Staff clueless about how to change name and address on all types of td accounts . If you don't know. Ask your managers instead of sending customers away to call TD. I even asked if they need copy of proof of id and they said no only to call as they told me to ...to be told by TD on phone there is a specific form staff need to fill out and send copy of id with ...train your staff !!!! Very inconvenient to need to return multiple times for simple request .
Whenever I go into this branch it's been a good experience. Thank you to the staff there that made all my banking a breeze. Keep up the good work.
