Aspen shopping is amazing place
I had a really great experience with Elias Wehbi at the TD Bank Aspen branch. He was super professional, friendly, and made everything feel quick and easy. He handled my transaction efficiently and made sure everything was done properly, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth and stress-free—honestly just really good service overall!
Yvonne was very helpful, she gave me a very good advice regarding a transaction I was doing, very pleased with the service!
I visited the TD Aspen branch March.18th around 5 pm and was very disappointed with the service. The teller lady I spoke with was quite unprofessional and dismissive, which made my experience very unpleasant. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this kind of service is unacceptable. I hope management looks into improving their customer service standards.
