I visited the branch and had a lot of change in my business account. I visited TD branch, there was long queue and wanted to have this issue resolved asap as I was just hr away from closing time of my business deal . I explained the situation and Mayuri at the desk did an amazing job not only helping me but advising with the best solution. I was thrilled by her effort and help and it helped me restore the faith in TD . Mayuri truly value the brand TD and helped me with exceptional customer service. Kudos to her!!

I have been with TD forever, just started my new business, self contracting from my old employer. I still get the same cheques and they hold my 10k for a week. I went into the bank, needing to buy materials but they could not do anything. 15 years with TD, horrible service, they said they couldn't look up my account to see if it was the same company, that has been giving me out cheques… but i can pay 10$ myself to print out 5 years of transactions to prove a point? thank you td for pushing me to open an account at RBC. I came into this branch to open an account. I met with a financial advisor named Jaskirat, she was very polite, knowledgeable and answered any questions i had. She made my visit to TD very smooth and comfortable. Thank you the excellent customer service.👍
