Great customer service
If I could give it a zero I would! Staff is beyond ignorant and rude. I am considering changing banks just because of this branch... To better considering the amount of money you charge monthly!
When you go to the bank at 3pm on a Monday expecting to be able to go inside and use the atm to deposit money but the doors locked… okay that’s fine I’ll just go through drive thru, then you wait 10 mins in drive thru line and get to the machine and when you go hit deposit, it won’t let you deposit cash at just that certain td atm… that is sooo ridiculous, I will avoid this queenston location at alll costs!!!
Absolutely dissatisfied with the service provided by J.Ba . My husband and I have been with Td for decade . We had an appointment for mortgage renewal. She had no smile, didn't acknowledge my presence for this appointment until I entered the room with my husband and said hi. No smile at all, didn't seem she wanted to help at all just being general and overall extremely unhelpful. She didn't want to apply for a quote unless we wanted Td for sure.
