Thank God I don't actually bank here. Went here yesterday to pick up some coins I'd ordered through TD Precious Metals. I knew the order was there when the bank called me, addressed me by the wrong name and then hung up on me before I could clarify why they were calling. That set the tone for the visit. There was basically no lineup but it still took twenty minutes for the teller and the manager to figure out how to retrieve my items. I stopped by this branch today (Saturday, September 13, 2025) to pick up my credit card, and the experience was really frustrating. I did everything you’d expect to verify my identity: 1. Used my debit card and confirmed my PIN 2. Showed my driver’s license 3. Gave them the code that was texted to my phone 4. Answered their security questions Even after all that, they still wouldn’t release the card because I didn’t have a second piece of photo ID.
