We needed to transfer money but there was issues. The tellers, Tracey and Gemini, went above and beyond in their customer service to solve the problems. Made banking enjoyable.
Please avoid this branch at all costs. We had a company cheque with LTD at the end, and they told us it could not be deposited and that we needed to change the trade name. We had to book an appointment with a business advisor over the phone, then go to the registry and complete the name change. After doing all of that, we went back to deposit the cheque and were told it still could not be accepted because it had already been attempted once, and that we now needed a completely new cheque. 3rd Review Asha (the second office from the front window) is a bit strange; she'll wait for you to start leaving the branch for you to open the door for her, which is fine. But Asha also does this, if you are assisting someone else to walk. Asha will make it harder for customer who find walking a challenge, elderly, and are affected by the weather.
