Useless! Waste of time and unprofessional
Distrust of customers and unclear service!
I visited the branch at East Hills and I was absolutely appalled by the level of service and sheer unprofessionalism exhibited. From start to finish, the whole experience was unacceptable. The teller giggled and smirked through the entire transaction as I deposited a cheque it made me feel like I was part of someone’s joke rather than a customer.
