Everyone hates this bank, for a reason. Don't do any real banking here beyond the typical paying for blank bill or card. This location, the staff just comes to collect a paycheck and leave. Don't apply for any credit cards here because they won't explain the conditions or details. They were late for my friends appointment. They have you explained an entire story about your situation, and then they explain to you how they can't do anything about it. Parents have been coming here 40 years we have a service dog. Because the lady didnt like the dog I had to take him out this is wrong and shouldn't hire ppl that dont know the rules service dogs are allowed in anywhere Ill be taking my business somewhere else shame on td in easthills will be filing a report. This bank is terrible and should hire more qualified ppl for what can be allowed and the rules. Funny part is my dog was in here before and no 1 had a problem.
I arrived at the bank at 5:58 PM, just in time before closing, only to see an employee rush to the door and lock it as I was getting out of my vehicle. There was no acknowledgment or communication from the employee, which I found disappointing. I understand that TD Bank locations can be extremely busy throughout the week and that staff members want to finish their shifts on time. Horrible service. We've tried to get a specific product for months, and the woman we've been dealing with can't even remember our names and what product we want so it feels like we're starting at ground zero every time. She missed our phone call appointment today, so I had to call her to follow up and even then she didn't remember who I was or that I had an appointment with her. We are going to switch banks to try to find a solution.
