Take your business accounts elsewhere. Can’t accept a large deposit on a Friday as there is no manager to sign off. Teller wouldn’t split it into multiple deposits either as it was “batched” total.
Twice I called this branch; looking for information on currency exchange as well as to get help with setting up my child’s TD app access and both times the individual from the branch was extremely prompt and helpful with information over the phone. Ended up going in person for both the currency pick up and finalizing the TD app pickup and both times the wait was zilch, the folks in person were just as helpful and everything went smooth. I would recommend this branch and will be using them as my primo choice going forward.
I have to give a huge shout out to Mufasa as he was an amazing help to me. I was having difficulty with my access card and he went above board to make telephone calls to the TD help line to clear up the problem. He was efficient kind, and very patient. Thank you so much for your help Mufasa!

They closed my savings account without notice or authorization, and won't let me clear a negative balance of 88 cents without an appointment.
