Tellers lack knowledge . If you’re looking for a poor banking experience then sure , I recommend them but personally I think I’ll stick with CIBC and RBC.
Honestly pretty disappointed by the service I received today, I arrived 15 min before close which I already felt bad about, there was a huge line of people and 2 tellers working, when it came my turn I was told he couldn’t help me due to it being 4 and it now being closed, he proceeded to sigh and make it very obvious that he was annoyed when I asked to please just deposit my money quick as i work 6 days a week and this is my one and only day to run errands.
