New client trying to get my client card set up for the first time. While being helped and in the middle of my explanation on what was happening with my card, the teller answered the phone to help someone make an appointment, completely ignoring me. Walked out of the branch and will not be returning.
This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank before. The teller hardly greeted us when we came in. He didn’t welcome us to his desk so my husband and I kind of wandered over. He sat there with his hand in his chin and asked what he could do. I explained that we recently got married and needed to deposit cheques that were in both my husband and my name, and he motioned for me to insert my card and couldn’t look at us when he said “first of all, congrats” and then said that he needed help. I was very impressed with the service at this branch. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, helping with any questions. A special thanks to Lorena, Jamie, and Miguel for their excellent service.
