I have an student account with TD and I came here sometime ago, and after getting a bank draft from this branch (because I had loaned someone money), my account status was suddenly changed to an “unlimited” account. I came in after a shift to get laundry change… the lady (don’t know her name but she’s older, short hair and was working yesterday after 1300 ) did not listen to what I was asking and gave me toonies instead of loonies. I asked for loonies. CLEARLY! I said “hello, can I please have $50 in loonies. It’s laundry day and it only takes loonies”. I had the time to review my previous concerns about a situation i had in the branch before Also i reconsidered my previous concerns sent before and i feel there was a misunderstanding (i am responsible for a part of it ) and i realized now that the branch manager ( Hee Jin Kim) was just sharing her thoughts with me in an honest way to calm me even though i did made use of her thoughts to complain, She did not mean any criticism or negative talk.
