Today I had a wonderful experience with Nadiya Mykula. She gave me a great consultation, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend her and truly appreciate her help.
Good service, but they are definitely short staffed.
The employees are nice enough but they need proper training. My problem was overlooked 2 separate times until I came in and was lucky enough to run into the manager. After wasting so much of my time finally my problem was handled. Also TD’s automated voice system has to be most obnoxious thing out there. It’s almost like they want you to hang up its truly horrendous.
Anybody wanna tell me why the hell all td locations in calgary went down to only 1 atm at every location???? I find this an absolutely stupid and brain dead move from a bank that charges us stupid banking fees every bloody month for a bank thats supposed to be 1 of the top in canada 🇨🇦 period this is a really stupid move !!!
