Man I hate banks. I've got dyslexia and dyspraxia and numbers just feel so complicated to me. So it's really really significant for me to go places where staff are friendly and clear communicators. It helps me feel reassured and like I understand more of what is going on. I was helped by a young staff member, her name was maybe Parisha? She was wonderful and answered my questions with kindness and clarity. I've had many positive experiences with other staff there. The manager seems cool to.
Tried to set up Online Banking twice yesterday while speaking to a representative at my bank and was given a temporary Password to use was told by Head Office in Markham, Ontario that it only works for 1 minute I would not recommend this Bank or dealing with TD Canada Trust I used to like Canada Trust until TD Bank took over from them
Save yourself time and headache and go to another branch. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen.
