I really appreciate Kathy Nguyen. She helped me today. I’m a student, and I want to change my account to a student account. I came back two months ago, but the other staff didn’t help me — they only gave me links without any real assistance.
Idk why the atm closes after 8pm and even earlier some days. they lock both set of doors I can’t even use the atm after work. I need a day off just to be able to the atm here it’s dumb

Very good experience with lots of people who work at front desk! I’d really like to give feedback on the person who helped me around 6:30 PM on Thursday (yesterday)— he (person with black skin) was outstanding and professional. Short white dude with brown hair working there has issues. Im standing at the atm and he comes up behind me asking if the 50 receipts laying around are mine (yeah buddy I printed these and just threw them everywhere) and then proceeds to say “good because if it were yours I’d make you clean it up yourself”… wow really friendly people here! Not my fault your other customers leave garbage everywhere bud..
