recently visited TD Bank with my mother to help her change her banking password, as I am her translator. We spoke with an employee named Gursimran Dhaliwal, and the experience was very disappointing. First of all, Gursimran was not speaking to me directly as the translator, but only to my mother, who does not speak any English.
