I’m honestly shocked, and frankly appalled, by how I was treated today at the TD branch in Garrison Woods in Calgary. I went in this afternoon to open a secondary account and was immediately met with a cold, unwelcoming environment. No greeting, no acknowledgment… nothing. The branch was essentially empty (one client at the ATM, one in an office), and there were three CSRs sitting there doing nothing, including Thelma Adams. The plethora of one star reviews does not surprise me at all. We had a HELOC the bridge the financing between the sale of our current home to fund the purchase of new home. The service of TD has been abysmal. Addresses take hours to change, hitting dead ends online and waiting on hold on the line only for it not to take. Being charged interest everyday while their portal is down. Being transferred to and from support agents all of whom claim someone else needs to address the case. They lock the ATM I need to do deposıt but they lock the atm , I can’t do transaction online ,pitty they can’t serve costumer like in USA

Update your hours online! Painfully to drive to a bank (which are known for miserable hours) that’s listed on google as being open, and then a sheet of paper in the window saying they’re closed all day. Holidays hours can be updated online. As a business, you SHOULD be doing that every year.
