Their atm took $850 of my cash and my card. The people working there were so incredibly rude and unhelpful. The one girl working laughed and the other man told me “this could happen anywhere” I would like to be contacted by a manager. These people should not be working in customer service. They didn’t even offer to get me a new bank card. I will be leaving TD after 15 years banking with them due to this.
I had a good service today there (got a new debit card). Thanks!
Went to get what I ordered, they were short staffed so they couldn’t help me, asked to go to my safety deposit box and was told that I had to wait because they were all in meetings. I leave out of town. Waisted a 40 min drive for nothing. IS NOT THE FIRST TIME! They are always short staffed or in meetings.
