Very long wait times at the branch to get a basic service
First I had to got get a new debit card which they gave me however I left the bank to log in online it didn’t work. So I had to call customer service. Which they fixed. Then I had deposit a cheque. Which it did not allow me to do because my account type changed. I had to back to the branch to fix this. This process over getting a new debit card took over an hour and half almost two hours. Which is absolutely absurd. A simple debit card change should not have cost me this many problems
Had a really pleasant visit today. Harmin was helpful, personable and detailed in explaining banking stuffs. Thanks for helping me today!
Nothing to recommend against cheaper, better performing, more helpful competitors. Having clients is apparently too burdensome for physical branches despite being baked into fees, but it's a problem that will inevitably work itself out.
