Inefficient people are being hired in TD bank of Castleridge branch. No respect of customers and their value of time.They are very slow and doesn’t have any good knowledge of how to answer the questions of the customers. I was asking a teller to issue me a check book and he said the bank doesn’t have and when I asked he that how do i get one he said you have to order it here so I said I need one then he said yah if you order it I again asked him how to order it . Loving the fake names the customer service is using to write replies to the reviews with. How about instead of wasting your time writing fake replies with fake names to the bad reviews , you actually plan something to fix this mess you call a bank!
