Had a wonderful experience opening up a new student account here. Although we walked in without an appointment Isaac was very kind and accommodating. We really appreciated his expertise and guidance. He explained everything clearly and well. He even explained the benefits I had as an account holder, which I was unaware of - he went above and beyond in terms of service and professionalism. Convenient place
I am here to close my bank account. For doing that, I waited in queue for more than 30 minutes with my 8.5 months pregnant belly, and was told that I need to make an appointment 4 days in advance!? During the waiting time, nobody told me that I can take a seat and still keep the position in the queue. How wonderful the service is. I felt very happy that I made a right decision to close my TD account.
