Same as other comments, 10 people lineup 3 tellers, this is not acceptable. How come TD can raise monthly fee with this kind of service. This doesn't make sense. Why just don't close the branch if TD cant support it.
I’m extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism at this branch. Management here clearly needs serious training on how to speak to people respectfully. Completely unacceptable manner. It was unprofessional. I will never bank at this branch and I strongly suggest others reconsider as well. Give your business to another branch that treats everyone with respect.
Very Slow. The Tellers are very slow and spend way too much time with the clients. I have noticed that multiple times. If there is only 3 people in line it is like a 20 min wait and even the same amount of time if there is 10 times. It’s like if they are taking appointments in the teller, instead of them making those clients that take a long time, they are supposed to make appointments. They are doing way too much .
