I would like to recognize the excellent service given by Dylan Lin who helped me not only deposited cheques, but also actively listened to my status and recommended me the pre-approved credit card (which I always wanted to apply) and overdraft applications. Had an appointment about RRSP and ended to account reviews, the advisor made an error in setting up the pre authorization payment date with one of my accounts. And she never accepted her error and never apologized. She kept saying you did not understand / it was misunderstanding/ and if you dont understand it please let me know!!! Too rude to give service! Good branch but always very long lines. Tellers know what they're doing and get through the lines quickly but it's always a problem. It's also located in an awkward area.
