Everyone giving a 1 star review is saying the same thing. Why have your ATMS close at 8pm, that is the point of having ATMs, they can stay open once the bank is closed. I should be able to use an ATM till 10pm minimum. RBC doesn't do this, I'm thinking about switching back
Different staff members keep giving me different information, and the process is delayed every time. The service has been inefficient and unnecessary. I will not be using TD again.

ATM keeps the same hours as the bank hours. What's the point. TD officially does nothing for clients anymore, so sad.
Parissa, the manager, was very rude. Got immediately defensive. Stated that I was asking him to do something he was not allowed to do which was untrue. He was only unwilling to do it because “he didn’t know who I was”. Just a member of TD for almost 20 years. I had another manager do the exact same thing for me not long ago. Don’t bank here.
