I always go there for my banking. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. One of the clerks, Ms. Ying was super helpful at my last visit to the bank.
What’s the use of an ATM that is only open during branch hours? Stopped by near noon on a Sunday to find the doors locked.
All 5 of these stars are for David Sun, he carried me through a pension purchase and was pure efficiency. I had a terrible experience with everyone else here.
Increased my home equity line credit, but my CONDITION was if the bank covers the legal fees because they had done it before for me. TD bank also had condition for me to close my unsecured line of credit so I agreed. After signing all legal papers, soon I got $900 in total legal fees. When asked how about my condition, took over a month for a response. Please be transparent to your clients so they can make an informed decision, thank you.
