I had an appointment with a staff member there some time ago, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. He informed me that, because I am on a work permit, I am not eligible for a credit limit increase unless it is offered online or I apply for a new credit card. However, when I later contacted TD by phone, I was told that this is not a valid reason to deny a credit limit increase. Never going there again! Worst TD branch in terms of customer experience. Branch manager has a weird attitude.
