I had an appointment with Brian Chao some time ago, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. He informed me that, because I am on a work permit, I am not eligible for a credit limit increase unless it is offered online or I apply for a new credit card. Does not adhere to posted bank hours. I was at the bank at 9 when it supposed to open and not a soul in sight. I waited for a bit and was still not open when I eventually gave up and left
