The staff here are always courteous and helpful. They are always attentive to my needs. Highly recommend to bank here.
Needs to improve on its ATM told it would be fixed earlier still waiting.
Closes super early on weekdays. People work when they are opened. And Saturdays they are understaffed and weird customers with long requests so your in line forever to just get a simple thing done. Updating my review again, you go anytime during the day and people are still doing long transactions where they should make an appointment for cards or credit card issues. I come to this branch quite often now for the past few years. I do my business and personal banking (Deposits, Foreign Currency, Wire transfers, Bank drafts etc.) here without difficulty. My kids have come in to buy their own GIC's to start their savings. The advisor's were patient and helpful each time.
I had an issue with cheque order from another branch. I contacted this branch by phone and left a voice mail with my contact information. Within 2 business days, the managers Julie and Allan both individually reached out to me and were beyond helpful. They helped me get to the bottom of the issue and helped me order a corrected cheque batch right away. I received the new cheques in no time and had my problem solved. Overall, this branch had great customer service!
