I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at the TD Canada Millrise branch, particularly from Portia, who seemed to lack proper training and was quite rude. The branch manager, Sasha Mabika, also displayed unprofessional behavior, which led me to close my safety box and consider moving my investments and other banking transactions elsewhere.
March 27, 2026 I went to TD Millrise branch this morning to open my safety box and was informed they need my driver's license as well. I opened several times and evenopened my box just last week but today, they want my ID. I said I didnt bring my Id and the branch manager, SASHA MABIKA told me to step out. I said wait a minute, i have a copy of my ID in my phone but she said it is not acceptable and insisted that I step out of the bank!
