Not one single teller working at 1:30 Friday afternoon. Pathetic!
I was misled into opening a TD account I didn’t need, based on incorrect information tied to a mortgage offer. Despite confirming later that no TD account was actually required, I ended up dealing with duplicate profiles, unnecessary fees, and hours of follow-up. The branch manager eventually acted as an intermediary but then stepped back, leaving me to deal with the fallout myself. The core issue is systemic: misleading practices and zero accountability. I'll follow up with the regulators.
Are you here to work or just have personal conversations while customers wait? Every time I come in, the staff are too busy laughing and chatting with each other. There is a line and they will not attend to you until they are done with their personal chats. This isn’t just a one time thing, it happens every time I come in. This branch is beyond unprofessional and I hope managements steps in and address these issues.
The TD manager whose originated maybe in China was so rude and hard headed person not open for others opinion and not listening to any explanations at all! I experienced enough for her attitude and planning to leave their banks and transfer all of my accounts including my family. So be careful when you guys visited this place and prepare for the worst experience!

When I complained to the branch manager, Min Jong, I was told the other customer might have had a question. I believe it's unfair to bypass those waiting in line.
