If I could give zero stars I would! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Came for an application back in September the whole process took 3 months despite of all the requirements that we have compiled. Steven who helped us did his job but the management was the worst! They would ask for more requirements one after the other. The application got approved December 3 they supposedly be sending a cheque to another bank to closed our account but took them almost a month! If my sister didn’t even bother checking. Our 9 AM appointment did not begin until 9:20. Follow up communication was non-existent. Will be using other branches going forward.
5 stars for Mariam helping us open and close a joint account today. She was patient and kind. We both have other individual TD accounts but TD does not allow seperate cards for multiple accounts, which is baffling. So 0 stars for TD.
Portia was awesome! I came in with a debit card problem and she took care of it right away. Super helpful, easy to talk to, and made the whole thing stress-free. Thanks, Portia!
