My name is Jalil Azizi, I visited this branch today September 27, 2025 at around 10 am a young Asian lady woh was at far left of the counter. By the time I arrived and she called me she had no smile with very bad vibe. I could easily guess she was not going to help. She was impolite and unprofessional. It has always been a great branch until now dont know if there s a change of management? Went there today line up for 35 mins n the line wasnt moving at all. All three counters ocuppied with customers n not done, meanwhile there r four more staffs standing there talking to each other. What kind of customer service is that??
